✦︎ order inquires

- purchases from this site are final. however should pins or merch arrive damaged and a replacement is not available a partial or full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- i do not offer exchanges, please read my grading policy before ordering.

- i do not refund or replace lost items. should this occur please contact your USPS or your local post office. all items come with insurance should they be lost.

- please contact me should the above happen so that i can file an insurance claim on your behalf! if the claim is accepted you will recieve a full refund to your original payment method. if stock is still left youre welcome to repurchase.

- for items that are missing from your package (not lost by postal services) or damaged items, please provide photos when contacting me.

- order issues such as the above are only accepted for 14 days after the delivery date. 

- I am not responisble for any tariffs, service fees or VAT taxes on orders you may recieve.

✦︎ preorders

- preorders may take anywhere from 1-2 months, please do not preorder if you cannot wait.

- if a preorder is taking more than 4 months you may request a refund. this applies only to merchandise still in production.

✦︎ address changes

- address changes are only permitted for those who have moved et cetera. i will not accept address changes for drop buddies. 

- if an address change is needed submit it as soon as possible. once an item is dropped off it is out of my control if you did not submit an address change.
